At CalmThreshold™, we know you're eager to start giving your dog the stress-free nail care they deserve. That's why we work hard to get your system to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.


🚚 FREE Shipping On All Domestic Orders

Every CalmThreshold™ System ships completely free within the United States. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees at checkout.

We believe that solving your dog's nail trimming stress shouldn't come with extra shipping costs.


📦 Processing Times

Once you place your order, here's what happens behind the scenes:

1-2 business days: We carefully inspect, pack, and prepare your CalmThreshold™ System for shipment.

What "processing" means: Your order is being quality-checked, packaged securely (so it arrives in perfect condition), and handed off to our shipping carrier.

What "shipped" means: Your package has left our warehouse and is officially on its way to you. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as this happens.

💡 Pro tip: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


⏰ Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.

Domestic Orders (Within the US):

5-8 business days after shipment

Most customers receive their CalmThreshold™ System within one week of placing their order.

International Orders:

10-20 business days after shipment

International delivery times vary significantly based on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing times
  • Local postal service efficiency

Important: International orders may be subject to customs reviews, which can add additional time. This is completely normal and outside our control.


✏️ Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to exactly the address you provide.

Need to make a change?

Within 24 hours of purchase: Contact us immediately at support@calmthreshold.com or through our Contact Form. We'll do our best to update your address before your order ships.

After 24 hours: Your order has likely already been processed and shipped. We cannot guarantee address changes at this point.

If we notice an address issue:

Our team reviews every order before shipping. If we detect an incomplete or potentially incorrect address, we'll contact you within 3 business days to confirm the correct information.

Common address issues we look for:

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Incomplete street addresses
  • PO Box restrictions (some carriers don't deliver to PO Boxes)
  • Addresses that don't match postal service databases

Why this matters: Incorrect addresses can result in delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages. Taking an extra moment to verify your address saves time and hassle for everyone.


⏱️ What If My Order Is Delayed?

We aim to get your CalmThreshold™ System to you as quickly as possible. However, sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control.

Common causes of delays:

Carrier disruptions:

  • Weather events (storms, snow, hurricanes)
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays, peak seasons)
  • Carrier staffing issues or operational delays

Address verification:

  • Incomplete or unclear addresses requiring clarification
  • Address corrections needed before shipment

Payment processing:

  • Payment authorization delays
  • Billing address mismatches requiring verification

Customs (International orders):

  • Routine customs inspections
  • Additional documentation required by destination country

What we'll do:

If we become aware of a significant delay, we'll:

  • Email you with updates as soon as we have information
  • Provide you with the most current tracking details
  • Help you contact the carrier if needed

What CalmThreshold™ is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Weather-related delays
  • Customs processing times
  • Local delivery issues beyond the carrier's tracking updates

However, we'll always do our best to help you track down your package and resolve any issues.


📍 Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. This usually happens within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

How to track your package:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation (check spam/promotions folders if you don't see it)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or
  3. Copy the tracking number and paste it into the carrier's website

What tracking statuses mean:

"Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment": The carrier has received the shipping information but hasn't physically received the package yet. This is normal and usually updates within 24 hours.

"In Transit": Your package is on its way! It's moving through the carrier's network toward you.

"Out for Delivery": Your package is on the delivery truck and should arrive today.

"Delivered": The carrier has successfully delivered your package to the address provided.

"Exception" or "Delay": There's an issue with delivery. Check the tracking details for more information, or contact the carrier directly.

Tracking not updating?

Sometimes tracking doesn't update for 24-48 hours, especially during high-volume periods. This is usually normal. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us at support@calmthreshold.com and we'll help investigate.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. However, once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it:

Check these common locations first:

  • Front porch, back door, or side entrance
  • Mailroom or leasing office (if you live in an apartment)
  • With a neighbor (some carriers leave packages with neighbors)
  • Inside a parked vehicle (if delivery instructions specified)
  • Behind bushes, planters, or other concealed areas near your door

Still can't find it?

  1. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. They can provide GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered and may be able to investigate further.
  2. Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake.
  3. File a claim with the carrier if you believe the package was stolen or lost. Most carriers have claim processes for missing packages.
  4. Contact us at support@calmthreshold.com. While we cannot replace or refund packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we'll help you follow up with the carrier and investigate what happened.

Stolen packages:

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • File a police report with your local police department
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Contact us with the police report number and carrier claim number

We evaluate each case individually. While our standard policy doesn't cover theft after delivery, we want to help however we can.

Preventative measures:

To reduce the risk of package theft:

  • Use a work address or secure delivery location if you're concerned about porch theft
  • Request signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
  • Install a doorbell camera or security system
  • Arrange for a neighbor or friend to collect packages if you're away

🏠 Delivery Instructions

During checkout, you can provide special delivery instructions to help the carrier deliver your package successfully.

Examples of helpful delivery instructions:

  • "Leave at back door"
  • "Deliver to apartment office"
  • "Ring doorbell for signature"
  • "Gate code: 1234"

Note: Delivery instructions are passed to the carrier but are not guaranteed to be followed. Carriers make delivery decisions based on safety and efficiency.


🔄 Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes packages are returned to us as "undeliverable" by the carrier.

Common reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • No access to delivery location (locked gates, etc.)
  • Unclaimed package at post office

If your package is returned to us:

We'll contact you within 3 business days of receiving the returned package to:

  • Confirm the correct shipping address
  • Arrange for re-shipment

Re-shipment costs: If the package was returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping it again. If the return was due to a carrier error or our mistake, we'll reship at no charge.
