At CalmThreshold, we believe every dog deserves stress-free nail care, and every owner deserves peace of mind. We're so confident in our system's ability to keep your dog below their fear threshold that we don't just offer a guarantee—we encourage you to truly test it.
That's why we give you a full 90 days to experience the difference with your dog. Not just a quick try, but enough time for multiple sessions, different moods, and real results.
If your dog doesn't stay calmer, or if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we've got you covered.
🐾 Our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to feel absolutely confident in your purchase. Here's how it works:
Use the CalmThreshold™ System for up to 90 days. We recommend at least 2-3 sessions to give both you and your dog time to experience the gradual filing process and see how it eliminates the fear triggers that traditional clippers cause.
If you're not happy for any reason—whether your dog didn't respond as expected, the system didn't meet your needs, or you simply changed your mind—you can request a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date.
To start a return:

Please include your Order Number or the name and email you used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly and process your refund faster.
Refund processing: Once we receive your return request and confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
✋ Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and sometimes you need to change your plans. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your CalmThreshold™ System is likely already packed and on its way to your dog, and we may not be able to stop the shipment.
If canceled within 24 hours: Your full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
How to cancel: Email us at support@calmthreshold.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every CalmThreshold™ System before it leaves our facility. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective despite our best efforts, we're here to make it right.
Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item.
What we need from you:
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
Send this information to support@calmthreshold.com with "Damaged Item" in the subject line.
We will review your case immediately and, if eligible, send you a free replacement at no additional cost.
Important notes:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents is not eligible for replacement
- Damage to external shipping packaging (like dented boxes or torn mailers) that doesn't affect the product itself is not considered a defect
Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-Year Warranty. If your system stops working due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to get your CalmThreshold™ System to you as quickly as possible. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier.
What we're responsible for:
- Packing your order securely
- Shipping it out within 1-2 business days
- Providing you with tracking information
What we're not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier companies, weather, customs, or other events outside our control
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen
- Delivery issues once tracking shows the package was successfully delivered to the provided address
If tracking shows a delay or problem: Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. They have the most up-to-date information about your package's location.
Lost or stolen packages: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that tracking confirms were delivered to the correct address. We recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim with the carrier if you believe your package was stolen.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- We'll do our best to update the address before shipment
If we're notified after 24 hours or after the package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the address can be changed. In this case:
- You may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to attempt an address correction
- We cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you provided
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping it to the correct address.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
For returns initiated under our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Why? This helps us keep product prices fair for all customers while still offering one of the most generous guarantees in the pet care industry.
We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method when returning your item
- Keeping your return tracking information until your refund is processed
🔄 Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or accessory:
- Return your current item under our 90-Day Guarantee
- Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
- Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued
This ensures you get exactly what you need without delays.
